Based on the information from the customer's lab compendium, the following fields are set up in Orders and Flow Sheet Templates for results. When these fields have the correct information entered, then the lab results come into SmartCare and populate the client's flow sheet.

When setting up the Lab Order, entering a procedure code in the Procedure Code field controls that the data from the lab results will populate the client's flow sheet. Refer to the Order Details Lab Field Definitions for more information about setting up the Order for the lab you want to populate the client's flow sheet.
